The Diversity Collective is a new and innovative approach to leadership searches. The Diversity Collective offers both retained and non-retained searches. Retained searches provide superior expertise and dedicated support through every stage of the hiring process. However, if your needs are less specialized, but you are looking for additional support during the hiring process, the Diversity Collective offers non-retained searches as well. We will advertise the position, collect and review candidate profiles to pass on to you during your recruitment period.
